Brandon Hixson has been involved with music his entire life. Brandon cut his teeth to the music of Foreigner, Quarterflash, The Go-Go’s, Blondie, Journey, Fleetwood Mac, The Cars, The Motels and many others. Brandon has been able to achieve a lot of his musical goals. He has played all styles of music from Rock to Country - from Southern Gospel to Jazz. His music has been featured along side some of the greatest Artists in Christian music, Wayne Watson, Point of Grace, Switchfoot, Mitch McVicker and Rhonda Gunn to name a few. He has had 6 compositions featured in the Christian Radio and Retail Magazine from 2006 - 2010.
Brandon Hixson is the music minister at First Baptist Church of Cedar Hill. Services start at 10:30 on Sunday Mornings. We'd love to see you there!!
Brandon and his wife, Karen have two children; Caleb and Caylin.
Brandon was the High School Band Director for the Dawson ISD School district from 2004 - 2009. He is now the Minister of Music at First Baptist Church in Cedar Hill, Texas where he and Karen now reside.
